About me:
I had my first child in 2019, it was a c-section with a difficult recovery. It was there that I noticed that there was a lack of treatment for postpartum women in my area. From the pregnancy, I developed abdominal diastasis and generalized weakness. My first attempt at treating this condition was to purchase an online course. With this, I did manage to heal the area below the navel and reduce the separation. But, each case is different and there are no universal solutions for this type of condition. I concluded that taking this course would not be enough and I have been taking continuing education to address the conditions that affect postpartum women as a way to improve the quality of treatment provided.
