Meet Your Pelvic Floor Therapist in Puerto Rico!
Hi, I’m Rosalind Gonzalez, OTR/L, when I had my first child, it was a c-section with a difficult recovery, I noticed that there was a lack of treatment for postpartum women in my area. From the pregnancy, I developed diastasis recti and generalized weakness. My first attempt at treating this condition was to purchase an online course. With this, I did manage to heal the area below the navel and reduce the separation. But, as everyone knows, each case is different and there are no universal solutions for this type of condition.
I found that taking this self-management course was not enough to fully address my needs and challenges. Therefore, I decided to seek out the specialization with the intention of helping other women discover their distinctive solutions and empowering them on their unique journeys.
